How to Join the PHD Ministry Team

  1. Fill out our online PHD Ministry Application Form.

  2. Send this online Pastoral Reference Form to a pastor who you've known for at least one year (mandatory).

  3. Sign our Ministry Team Legal Waiver.

Front gates locked at 9 PM.
Every 2nd/4th Tues/mo, we close at 5 PM.
