Serving in this ministry is voluntary and without compensation. It is a form of prayer ministry based on the bible and dependent on the Holy Spirit; we are not professional counselors/advisors and our ministry services are offered free of charge.

I agree to keep confidential the personal info people share during this ministry, except when required by law to report to proper authorities (including, but not limited to any intent of a person to take harmful/dangerous/criminal action against another person or self, or any act of child/elderly abuse/neglect. If such a report is needed, I will communicate with our leaders immediately.

I also hereby release PHD team members, leaders and Blessed Intl church from any liability should this ministry not live up to my expectations or lead to any spiritual, emotional, or physical dysfunction.
